Micromanagement sucks, but it’s still India’s most preferable management style

I wrote another blog for my friends at Lexagent/Pune Expat club. In this write up I tried to reflect on the hierarchical powers in the Indian society. Comparing this to the situation in the Netherlands, one could say that the people in India still work in a very old-fashioned structures, but things are changing. Some start-ups and modern corporates actually experiment with new hierarchical management structures. I would like to thank the people at Lexagent/Pune Expat club again for giving me the opportunity to blog their platform, which gives me the opportunity to reach out to a large audience.
